target interview.... my first interview in canada

Interview Details So as every one mentioned, the typical process at target is 3 interviews. If you don't make it to the third interview then you are most likely not going to get the job! I had my interview at a Target job fair so there was plenty of people buzzing around.

Interview #1 they asked a little about my past work experiences and the following questions:
1. Why would do you want to work for Target?
2. Describe a time you have exceeded expectations.
3. What would one of your ex-employers say is one of your strengths?
4. Describe a time you have made a mistake and what did you do about it.

Interview #2, a few of the questions were repeated from interview #1 and they added on the following:
1. An item rings through on the computer as $19.99, but the customer swears up and down that it's $17.99, what do you do?
2. A woman wants to buy a pair of shoes for her son, they have to be spider-man and they have to be in size 2 but none are there; what do you do? How do you think she feels about it?
3. A woman is walking around confused; what do you do? Let's say she is looking for a camera; what do you do?

Interview #3, I was asked to talk a little about myself and if I had any questions.
